“Refreshing and informative”

All our driving instructors are encouraged to undergo continuous professional development [CPD].

Some take the BTEC Level 4 course offered by Tri-Coaching partnership. Surepass also provides in-house workshops to further our driving instructors knowledge.

Just recently Graham Hooper from Tri-Coaching gave a thought provoking incite into the forthcoming changes to the ADI P3 test. Then there was Diane Hall’s from “L of a way to pass” – her workshop on helping understand our driving instructors to teach pupils with learning difficulties got rave reviews:

Here’s one review from our ORDIT registered Senior Training Manager in Scotland, Greg Davidson:

“Thanks you so much for organising yesterday. I thought it was a great day. Both the morning which I found refreshing and informative.  It is always great to meet new people also and see how they are progressing with their journey in our industry. I hope I brought a little of my experience to the day, but I certainly gained from the day. With respect to Diane (& Chris) it was really thought provoking and backed up on what I have been doing this year on my BTEC Level 4 course with Tri-Coaching partnership. “
